I've been trying to re-instate my truck registration for a week now. First I paid the only ticket that the DMV said I had. Then I had to wait 7-8 days for them to mail it to Madison and for it to get back. Aparently the WI government doesn't know about the internet.. because if they did you think there would be some kind of network in place to take care of things like this. I mean honestly WHO THE FUCK SENDS SHIT THROUGH THE MAIL ANYMORE?!?!?!? I guess if the government stopped then there wouldn't be enough work for those mailmen with their fucking city jobs and you can't FIRE someone who works for the city so yeah....

After the 7-8 days I got back to the DMV.. turns out I have another ticket that needs to be paid. I guess they didn't know about it when I ask them a week ago what outstanding tickets I have. Yeah... so it takes 2 phone calls and two robots to get me a phone number that puts me on the phone with an actual human person. She says I need to mail the money in (lolmail) or go to the police station down town to pay it. I FUCKING hate down town, but not as much as I hate mailing shit so I make Molly drive me there. (Going to another milwaukee police station wasn't an option because the government doesn't know about the internet and has no way of letting the downtown station know the ticket would have been paid..) I get there. Go in pay the ticket. I ask how long it will take to clear my registration suspension.. the guy says two hours.

TWO HOURS. 2 hours. 2hr. !just 2 hours! (120minutes) 1+1 hours. One hour and then another hour after the first hour. 2. hours. understand?

Edit: The man who took my money at the police station said my registration suspenion would clear in only two hours. (This edit was for those who didn't catch that info the first time.)

I go to the DMV. SEVEN TO EIGHT FUCKING DAYS BEFORE THE SUSPENION WILL CLEAR. Yeah I know the guy at the police station said 2 hours, but it still needs to be lolmailed to madison and back.

FUCK!

Anyway I went home. Did a quick Google search. Found two websites and a video with detailed information on how to make a pipe bomb using household supplies. A trip to ACE for some stump remover, glue, and the hardware would get me more than half the supplies. A trip to Walgreens for a blender and some sugar could take care of the rest. All for under $50 and an afternoon of work.

RECAP:
-Ten hours across an entire week along with $300 gets me my registration fixed (after another week of course).
-Three hours and $50 gets me a bomb.

I know why people blow up government buildings.

Today in FFXI I took part in my first endgame boss fight. The turtle god Genbu. The first HNM killed on the way to spawning Kirin.
